Shipping Policy

Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery times on the entrepreneur's website are indicative and do not entitle the buyer to cancellation or compensation if they are exceeded, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

All orders are provided with a track and trace code. You will receive this code as soon as we have shipped the products.

Please check that all shipping information you entered is correct. If there is incorrect or missing shipping address information, we will be forced to contact you and will not be able to provide you with the fastest service you deserve.

Errors when entering shipping details cannot be recovered from the entrepreneur. As soon as the consumer enters incorrect information, the consumer is responsible for this. The costs for forwarding the products ordered by the consumer are therefore borne by the buyer/consumer, refund or compensation cannot be recovered from the company or the entrepreneur.

The buyer should send an email or message to the company as soon as possible if there is an error in the address. For example, any errors in the address can be corrected before the order is processed.

If items arrive broken or damaged, a notification including proof (photo or video) must be made within 48 hours via email.

If the package cannot be delivered to the indicated delivery address or if the customer refuses to collect the package due to causes attributable to the customer's lack of cooperation (wrong or incorrect delivery address, missing recipient), the package will be shipped to cost of the customer has been returned to the sender. So check the address.

Items not received?, but the tracking shows that the items have been delivered.

Please note that we do not refund or replace items listed as delivered with tracking. For this reason, we always recommend that you have shipments delivered to a safe adres.
