Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing our products at www.esmclothing.com.
To qualify for a refund, you must return the product within 10 calendar days of purchase. Don't forget to include the return form. You can request this by sending us an email.

A product can no longer be returned if it:
- Is damaged or broken during processing at the initiative of the customer. Products that break due to deliberate adjustments by the customer cannot therefore be returned.
- Broken, damaged, incomplete or not returned in the original packaging. Products that were delivered without defects, but are returned defective or damaged will not be accepted.
- If the return shipment has started after 10 calendar days have passed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you used during the purchase. For credit card payments, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.

The shipping costs for returning your order are at your own expense.
